How can we help?
Unable to boot
- The battery power is running low. Please dock the device on the charging seat for replenishment before further use. Also, be mindful of the ambient temperature: if it is currently outside of the optimal range. Please operate the device in an environment above 0°C and below 50°C for best performance.
- The battery is protected from low power and the charging station cannot charge. Please send the SN code of the device to the after-sales staff, and I will arrange for our after-sales team to replace the new battery for you.
Note: The SN code is attached to the bottom of the vacuum cleaner robot and can be seen by removing the dust box.
Unable to clean
The battery is low, please charge it by the charging seat before use.
Unable to recharge
There are too many obstacles near the charging seat, please place the charging seat in an open area. If the host is too far away from the recharge seat, please place the host near the charging seat to try.
Abnormal behavior
Restart the robot.
There is a strange noise when cleaning
Roll brush, side brush, or left/right wheel may wrap foreign objects, please clean up after stopping.
The cleaning ability is reduced or ash is dropped
- The two-in-one dustbin has reached its capacity and requires cleaning. Please empty the dustbin.
- The HEPA filter assembly has encountered a blockage, necessitating a cleaning.
- Foreign material has entangled the roll brush. please clean the cleaning the main brush to ensure smooth operation.
Unable to connect to Wi-Fi
The current state of your Wi-Fi signal appears to be less than optimal. For optimal performance, kindly ensure that your device is situated within an area that has strong Wi-Fi signal coverage. If you encounter any issues with your Wi-Fi connection, we recommend resetting your Wi-Fi settings. Additionally, downloading and using our most recent app version could potentially resolve connection issues. Feel free to reconnect once these steps are undertaken.
The breakpoint failed to be recharged
Make sure that the host is not in Do not disturb mode. In this mode, the scan will not be continued when the host is manually recharged or the host is placed back in the charging dock.
The procedure cannot return to the charging base after fixed point cleaning or moving position
The host will regenerate the map after the fixed point cleaning or long-distance moving. If the charging seat is far away, it may not be able to be automatically recharged. Please manually put the host back into the charging seat to charge.
Unable to charge
Make sure that there is enough space around the charging device is not connected, Regular cleaning tasks base and that the surface of the charging base electrode is free of dust and obstructions.
Scheduled cleaning does not work
Please confirm that the device is connected to the network, if the device is not connected, Regular cleaning tasks.
The host is always offline
Ensure that the device is successfully networked and always within Wi-Fi coverage.
The phone cannot be paired with a device
Make sure that the charging dock and the host are within Wi-Fi range and the model is good, and follow the instructions to reset the Wi-Fi before pairing.
